Grant has been cited in numerous industry publications for his knowledge on retirement planning, including the Carolina Business Journal. He has lectured on the topics of business and finance at Methodist University’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Business Succession Financial Network and was the first finance columnist for Up & Coming magazine.
He is the author of the book The Moneychangers of Wall Street: What Your Stockbroker Doesn’t Want You to Know and the host of Tee Up Your Retirement with Grant Perry radio show on WAAV 980 AM in Wilmington, North Carolina. With over 37 years working in the financial industry, Grant has the knowledge and experience to help you reach your retirement goals.

At the age of sixteen, Grant received an appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point; but instead chose to study Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He later matriculated to the American College where he earned his Chartered Financial ConsultantTM (ChFC) certification and designation concurrent to his first five years in the Financial Services industry.
Born and raised in Cumberland County, Grant has lived in Moore County since 1990 and resides in the Village of Pinehurst. He is an avid sportsman and is the founder of The Sandhills Sporting Society™, an organization of fellow golfers and sporting enthusiasts. Grant is an Elder of Community Presbyterian Church in Pinehurst, North Carolina, and serves on the Endowment Committee.
